Return Policy
 Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in the best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. We not responsible for any lost packages.
    FINAL SALE
    • Custom Items, Jewelry, Panties, Bodysuits and Swimwear.
    • Clearance, Last Call, Sale Event Items and Accessories.
    • Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Any Type Of Sales / Promotions are Final Sale as they are all red ticketed products.

    ORDERS CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders can not be cancelled once the order is placed. Changes for an order must be communicated with in 2 hours of placing the order. Changes for orders need to be addressed verbally to our customer service team.
    • Custom Items Are Final Sale And Orders Cannot Be Changed Or Cancelled Once It Is Placed. 
    • If there is a system glitch on an oversold item (Out Of Stock) we will issue a refund through your original payment method.


    STORE CREDIT

    • Not redeemable for cash nor transferable
    • There will be no replacement or store credit if package is lost or stolen.


    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Notification must be made within 48 hours after the delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or an item was received broken.  If notification is made pass this time exchange request will be denied.
    • Store Credit can be used for Online Shopping only.

     EXCHANGE SHIPPING INFO:

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A reshipping fee will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

    -To exchange an item simply contact our customer service team , once exchange is approved you must send back the item/s within 7 calendar days after the item has been delivered.
    -Exchanges can be made for another item/s, and always the option to receive a store credit in accordance with the below terms:
    •     Merchandise must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, and without damages.
    • When the returned item is received, the new item will be shipped
    •     Return shipping labels are not provided, except defective item/s.
    •     If original order received free shipping, a shipping charge will be incurred on the exchanged items and the invoice will be sent to you via email prior to shipment from our location.
    • Exchanges are only granted when return postmark is no more than 7 calendar days after the package was delivered.
