Shipping and Return
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom jewelry. However, we can offer store credit in certain cases. Our shipping department double-checks every product and carefully packs every order to ensure you receive your items in the best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers or for any lost packages.
We process orders Monday–Friday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder. Please note that we are unable to modify your shipping selection or address once your order has been placed. Custom orders take approximately 4–5 weeks to complete, depending on the style.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Any changes must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order and must be addressed verbally to our customer service team. Custom items are final sale and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed. If there is a system glitch resulting in an oversold (out of stock) item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash nor transferable. There will be no replacement or store credit issued if a package is lost or stolen.
Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery if there are any manufacturer defects or if an item was received broken. If notification is made after this time, the exchange request will be denied. Store credit can be used for online shopping only.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A reshipping fee will be charged on orders that are refused at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable” address.
To exchange an item, simply contact our customer service team. Once your exchange is approved, you must send back the item(s) within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Exchanges can be made for another item(s) or you can choose to receive store credit, in accordance with the following terms:

Merchandise must have the original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

Once the returned item is received, the new item will be shipped.

Return shipping labels are not provided, except for defective item(s).

If the original order received free shipping, a shipping charge will be applied to the exchanged items. An invoice for the shipping cost will be sent to you via email before the new item is shipped.

Exchanges are only granted when the return postmark is no more than 7 calendar days after the package was delivered.
